The Ethics Line ensures confidentiality for whistleblowers and operates according to the requirements of the Whistleblower Protection Act. The evaluation of the information provided in the reports is carried out following the internal JSC "GreenTech Baltic" procedure for handling and investigating violations.
Every person has the right to submit information anonymously, i.e., without providing their name, surname, and/or contact details. However, if you provide your contact information and indicate that you wish to be informed, we will be able to contact you if needed to clarify the circumstances and inform you of the results of the investigation and the decisions made regarding the information you provided.
Please note that the laws of the Republic of Lithuania prohibit defamation or falsely accusing another person of a crime. A person who knowingly provides false information or discloses a service or professional secret is subject to liability under applicable laws.
