In our pursuit of systematically managing and continuously improving the quality of processes and products, and being a responsible and reliable employer, we have implemented and adhere to international management standards and practices.

ISO 14001 – Commitment to environmental protection

To continuously improve the effectiveness of our environmental protection measures, we have implemented an environmental management system that meets the requirements of the LST EN ISO 14001:2015 standard. By operating according to the standard's requirements, we apply measures to reduce environmental pollution, use natural resources efficiently, identify hazards, assess risks, and plan management and preventive measures.

ISO 9001 – Commitment to maintaining high production and process quality

To be a reliable partner for our clients, we strictly and responsibly manage quality. For this purpose, we have implemented a quality management system that complies with the LST EN ISO 9001:2015 standard. In compliance with the standard, we set quality objectives and assess risks annually, evaluate performance, eliminate non-conformities, and continuously introduce new tools to improve operations, involving all employees.

ISO 45001 – Commitment to ensuring the safety and health of our employees

By fostering a responsible approach to workplace safety and health, we have implemented an occupational health and safety management system that complies with the LST EN ISO 45001:2018 standard. Following the standard's requirements, we identify threats to safety and health, implement relevant solutions to prevent accidents, enforce control measures, and evaluate their effectiveness.

Lean System

Drawing from global experience, we have implemented Lean – a practice and culture of efficient, streamlined management – in our operations. We have found that by following the principles of the Lean system, we work more productively, quickly, harmoniously, and efficiently, making us more attractive to current and potential clients. Using Lean tools, we focus on problem analysis and solution-finding. We share ideas and experiences, ensuring their application, and promote continuous improvement of employees, processes, and the organization.
